1. Purpose
1. The ring mold pellet machine is indeed a good player in pressing feed, especially concentrate feed. Its output is large and power consumption is low, which is unmatched by the flat mold pellet machine. The flat mold pellet machine has a lower output than the ring mold pellet machine due to its lower speed than the ring mold pellet machine, and due to its excessive pressure, the density of the pressed concentrate is very large, so the ring mold pellet machine is far ahead in this regard.

2. The raw materials of refined feed are generally corn, soybean meal, etc., which are viscous and easy to form, and do not require a lot of pressure to make the trip. For high-temperature granulation of crude fibers that are difficult to form, such as wood chips, straw, grass meal, and waste tires, and urban domestic waste, sewage treatment, animal manure and other organic fertilizer granulation, which requires a lot of pressure. Due to its structural limitations, the pressure of the ring mold pellet machine is not adjustable. Pressing these materials will exceed the pressure load, resulting in wear or failure of the die press bearing. The flat mold pellet machine has a simple structure and adjustable pressure, which has great advantages in adapting to different materials. In addition, although the flat mold pellet machine has the advantages of structure and less wear, the output is small, generally 300-3000 kg. So if you want to use one machine to complete the output of more than 3 tons, you can choose a ring mold pellet machine, which is limited to corn stover granulation, and corn stover is easy to press.

2. Design principle
1. Ring mold granulator As we all know, the size of the press wheel of the ring mold granulator is limited by the diameter of the ring mold, and the pressure is not adjustable. When pressing crude fiber materials such as sawdust and peanut peel, it is difficult to form under a certain pressure of the machine design. Even if some manufacturers have done a good job in material selection, etc., it is due to overload work, which is very worn on the machine, the mold press wheel skin needs to be replaced in time, and the mold can only be used once, and the subsequent cost is very large.

2. The flat pellet machine adopts three conical pressure wheels, adopts a complete steel structure, and has a large shaft in the middle. The bottom is equipped with a heat-treated mold. The mold rotation drives the three pressure wheels above, the pressure is adjustable, the output is stable, the particle density is large, and both sides of the mold can be used. The diameter of the flat mold pressure wheel is not limited by the diameter of the mold, which can increase the space of the built-in shaft. The large bearing is used to enhance the bearing capacity of the pressure wheel, which improves the pressing force of the pressure wheel and prolongs the service life.

3. Feeding method
The weight of the flat mold material enters the pressing chamber vertically. The ring mold material is mechanically forced to feed, and the high-speed rotating centrifugal distribution enters the centrifugal granulation chamber. In addition, the granulation chamber of the flat mold granulator is equipped with three observation doors, and the material is cleaned at any time, which is convenient for equipment maintenance. The gear transmission efficiency is high. Now there are also flat mold granulators with two pressure wheels on the market. It is also no problem for such granulators to press corn stover, but its pressure and output are far less than those of the flat mold granulator with three conical presses. In terms of pressure adjustment method of the pressure roller, the three pressure rollers are adjusted by using the center of the threaded silk bamboo, with a top force of 100 tons, a stable drop and uniform pressure. The flat die granulator of the two pressure rollers needs to be adjusted to connect the two ends of the two pressure rollers during adjustment. In this case, it is easy to be high on one side and low on the other side at a gap of a few millimeters. Therefore, the flat die granulator of two pressure rollers is far less practical than the three pressure rollers. Furthermore, there are also flat die pellet machines with three pressure wheels on the market. Buyers must check whether the steel structure of the three pressure wheels is integrated, welded or originally one piece, and the three pressure wheels are conical. It is cylindrical or cylindrical, and the conical rotation is synchronized, which solves the problem of unnecessary wear of the cylindrical pressure wheel.
